CREATIVE BREAKOUT - COLOR AND THE CREATIVE PROCESS

This course is about spontaneity and the creative process, visual composition and learning how to trust your inner impulse. A big key to the creative process is to relax, to let yourself be free and to have fun. This is where the creativity takes place. It's a free flowing process of the heart and mind. Bill will show you how with lots guidance, demonstrations and new ideas for your stimulating and power-packed three day creative workshop. Bill says, "There are things which every artist should know in order to deal effectively with color, composition, mass, line, shape, design and even creativity itself and yet are frequently not available. I have developed easy and fun ways of making these concepts available to everyone who has the desire to learn them, whether a beginner or an experienced artist. Enjoy learning creative methods and practical ideas that will really help you to loosen up and achieve some exciting artistic results. We will focus especially on how to use color and compositional principles to create depth, power and visual impact. We will learn how to combine watercolors, acrylics, water soluble crayons, oil and regular pastels and terrific new materials* in unique ways. *Savoir Faire, importer of the world's finest art materials will supply us with great materials and papers from Sennelier, Cretacolor and Fabriano for the course.
